We are a Texas-based boutique importer and curator of premium Japanese wines and spirits, specializing in rare and small-batch sake and shochu. Our mission is to expand the American palate by introducing exceptional craft beverages that are celebrated in Japan but seldom seen in the United States. Founded from a shared passion for authenticity, craftsmanship, and discovery, we partner exclusively with producers who prioritize quality and tradition over mass production. Each label we bring in tells a story of place, process, and the people behind it.
Our current portfolio features the Inatahime sake lineup and Silent Dragon shochu from Inatahonten—a historic brewery and distillery in Tottori, Japan, known for its meticulous artistry—as well as Ichido Sparkling Rosé, a modern, naturally pink sake that beautifully bridges heritage and innovation. We believe that sake and shochu are not just beverages but cultural expressions meant to be understood, shared, and celebrated. Through tastings, education, and storytelling, we aim to build a growing community of curious, informed drinkers who value the craft behind every bottle.
